About Blume & Current Happenings

Blume Flower Company, LLC, was established in 2024 by myself, Sandra Krajac. As an obsessed flower fan and home gardener, I had watched the Finding Floret documentary in 2020 and was hooked. I spent years trying to figure out how to make flowers a central part of my life. A few years later, I enrolled in a flower farming workshop and realized many opportunities available to start my own business. With the steadfast support of my family, I successfully completed my first growing season at the family property in Fortville, Indiana. My first winter season allowed me to flex my creative muscle with florist activities and I am now happily planning and planting Blume's future!



We're at the field preparing for the fall, winter and spring seasons ahead! We've just finished planting peonies and irises, and will be planting tulips in October.



In March 2025, Blume Flower Company represented at the highly anticipated Art In Bloom Show at Newfields in Indianapolis! It was an incredible experience I won't soon forget. My inspiration piece was the 1935 painting, "Reflections," by Arthur G. Dove.
